Rambus (RDRAM) is used for video accelerators. It is the main memory system in personal computers. The memory is 8 or 9 bits wide, so the bandwidth would increase enormously if it were used in parallel to give 32 or 64-bit memory. Simmtec supports full line of both DIMM and SODIMM in ECC and non-ECC configurations in all clock speeds. |
